Ivanka Trump shows off her fit figure in a blue bikini in ‘2024 wrapped’ video
Ivanka Trump flaunted her toned physique in a series of photos she shared as part of a 2024 wrap-up video.
In one particular image, the soon-to-be first daughter wore a light blue two-piece bikini that showed off her abs and obliques.
Trump, 43, gave a soft smile while flashing a surfs-up sign with one hand and snapping the mirror selfie with the other.
The former political advisor also shared a photo of her wearing a two-piece black workout set while standing on a yoga mat in a gym.
A second workout photo she included was a mirror selfie of her wearing black leggings and a black sports bra while wearing black fingerless gloves in the gym.
Trump also picked up the sport of jiu-jitsu and shared a photo of her with various instructors –– including Gisele Bündchen’s boyfriend, Joaquim Valente.
The businesswoman also included snaps with her husband, Jared Kushner, their three children and her father, Donald Trump, on various vacations, political events and adventures together.
“2024 wrapped 🎞️🤎✨,” she captioned the video montage on Tuesday.
Trump previously went into detail about her workout routine after she received “a lot of questions” about how she maintained her figure.
“Like many women, I used to focus primarily on cardio, yoga, and Pilates,” she explained in an Instagram post in October.
“Since moving to Miami, I have shifted my focus to weightlifting and resistance training, and it has been transformative in helping me build muscle and shift my body composition in ways I hadn’t imagined.”
Some of the “foundational” movements she had been focusing on were squats, deadlifts, hinges, pushes and pulls.
“Weightlifting has enhanced not just my strength but my overall athleticism and resilience,” she added.
Trump further explained that she strength trains between three to four times a week and eats at least 30 grams of protein per meal.
“It works… I’ve never been stronger!” she raved. “I still enjoy a weekly yoga session and love spending time outdoors with my kids and friends playing sports—whether it’s surfing, padel tennis, swimming in the ocean, wake surfing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, hiking, walking or golf.”
